Strubarb
INGREDIENTS 2 oz Manitou Passage Rum 1 oz house-made rhubarb syrup ½ oz strawberry purée ½ oz lime juice Sprite to top DIRECTIONS Shake all but the Sprite on ice. Pour over ice in a double old fashioned glass. Top with Sprite. Garnish with lime.
