INGREDIENTS 2 oz Jack Pine Gin 1 oz strawberry syrup ½ oz lime juice 1 lime wedge 3-4 fresh mint leaves Sprite and club soda to top DIRECTIONS Muddle mint with strawberry syrup, lime wedge & juice in the bottom of a tall collins glass. Add ice and gin. Top with equal parts Sprite and club soda, stir. Garnish with choice of mint sprig or leaves, lime wedge, strawberry.

Ingredients: 1½ oz Jack Pine Gin 1 oz Voyageur Saskatoon Berry Liqueur ½ oz sweet vermouth 2 dashes of orange bitters Directions: Add ingredients to mixing glass with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled martini glass. Express orange twist and add to glass.
