Green with Envy

Ingredients:

1-1/2 oz Jack Pine Gin*

2-3 cucumber slices

3 mint leaves

1/2 a lime

ginger beer

*NOTE: Can be made as a mocktail if you leave out the gin.

Directions:

1. In mule mug muddle gin with cucumber, mint, and lime.

2. Add ice and ginger beer to top. Stir well.

3. Garnish with a mint sprig, lime wedge, or cucumber slice.
