INGREDIENTS 2 oz Jack Pine Gin 1 oz strawberry syrup ½ oz lime juice 1 lime wedge 3-4 fresh mint leaves Sprite and club soda to top DIRECTIONS Muddle mint with strawberry syrup, lime wedge & juice in the bottom of a tall collins glass. Add ice and gin. Top with equal parts Sprite and club soda, stir. Garnish with choice of mint sprig or leaves, lime wedge, strawberry.

INGREDIENTS 2 oz Manitou Passage Rum 1 oz house-made rhubarb syrup ½ oz strawberry purée ½ oz lime juice Sprite to top DIRECTIONS Shake all but the Sprite on ice. Pour over ice in a double old fashioned glass. Top with Sprite. Garnish with lime.
