INGREDIENTS 2 oz Deer Camp Rye Whiskey 1/4 oz Simple Syrup 3 Shakes of Peychaud’s bitters Absinthe rinse DIRECTIONS Swirl absinthe in chilled glencairn glass then empty Add ice to mixing glass Add all ingredients and stir to chill Strain into prepared glass Garnish with expressed lemon peel

Raspberry Lemondrop Martini

INGREDIENTS 1 ½ oz Deer Camp Vodka (or NLD Vodka of your choice) 1 ½ oz Limoncello di Leelanau 1 oz Fresh lemon juice ½ oz Real raspberry syrup DIRECTIONS Fill shaker with ice Add all ingredients and shake well Strain into chilled martini glass Sprinkle dehydrated raspberries on top or garnish with fresh raspberries
