Strawberry Gin Mojito
INGREDIENTS
2 oz Jack Pine Gin
1 oz strawberry syrup
½ oz lime juice
1 lime wedge
3-4 fresh mint leaves
Sprite and club soda to top
DIRECTIONS
Muddle mint with strawberry syrup, lime wedge & juice in the bottom of a tall collins glass.
Add ice and gin.
Top with equal parts Sprite and club soda, stir.
Garnish with choice of mint sprig or leaves, lime wedge, strawberry.
I played Block Blast while waiting for a café to warm a cinnamon roll. The plate arrived right after I cleared three lines.
