Strawberry Gin Mojito

INGREDIENTS

2 oz Jack Pine Gin

1 oz strawberry syrup

½ oz lime juice

1 lime wedge

3-4 fresh mint leaves

Sprite and club soda to top

DIRECTIONS

1. Muddle mint with strawberry syrup, lime wedge & juice in the bottom of a tall collins glass.

2. Add ice and gin.

3. Top with equal parts Sprite and club soda, stir.

4. Garnish with choice of mint sprig or leaves, lime wedge, strawberry.
