Boozy Cucumber

INGREDIENTS:

1½ oz Jack Pine Gin

3 cucumber slices

juice of ½ lime

Club soda to top

DIRECTIONS:

1. Muddle all but soda in a shaker.

2. Add ice, shake well.

3. Pour all into double rocks glass and top with soda.
