Ingredients:
2 oz Manitou Passage Rum
2 oz Coconut Cream, blended (and some for rimming)
1/8 tsp Peppermint Extract (or 1/2 oz 1883 Peppermint Syrup)
Directions:
1. Rim a martini glass by dipping edge in coconut cream then coconut flakes.
2. Shake all ingredients on ice.
3. Pour into prepared glass.
4. Sprinkle crushed peppermint on top.
