Strawberry Daiquiri

Ingredients:

2 oz Manitou Passage Rum

5 ripe strawberries

1 lime

1 oz simple syrup

Directions:

1. Muddle 4 of the strawberries with simple syrup in a shaker.

2. Add ice to shaker along with rum and juice from the lime.

3. Shake well.

4. Pour into glass and garnish with a strawberry.
