2 oz Deer Camp Straight Rye Whiskey
3/4 oz Brown Sugar Simple Syrup*
2 dashes Orange Bitters
One orange wedge
Splash Club Soda
*Make simple syrup by stirring until clear 1/2 C hot water with 3/4 C brown sugar. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
1. Mix in a rocks glass the gin, simple syrup and bitters.
2. Squeeze in the juice of the orange wedge and drop wedge into glass.
3. Add ice and a splash of club soda. Stir.
