Lavender Flower Martini

INGREDIENTS: 

2 oz Lavender infused Ice Dunes Vodka*

1 oz Lemon juice

1 oz simple syrup

*Lavender Infused Vodka Directions: Mix in 2 Tbs dried lavender buds with a full bottle of Ice Dunes Vodka. Strain out lavender buds after 2 days.  Add 1/2 tsp butterfly pea flower powder (we use Rishi brand) for color,  Whisk well.

DIRECTIONS:

1. Shake all ingredients with ice.

2. Strain into a martini glass.

3. Garnish with a lemon wedge or wheel and/or a sprig of lavender.
