Jack Pine Gin French 75


1-1/2 oz Jack Pine Gin

3/4 oz lemon juice

3/4 oz simple syrup

2-3 oz sparkling wine (enough to top glass)


1. Shake all except the sparkling wine on ice until chilled.

2. Strain into Champagne flute.

3. Top with sparkling wine.

4. Garnish with twist of lemon.
