Iced Chai Moonrise


1 oz Michigan Dogman Moonshine

3/4 oz Northern Roots Ginger Liqueur

3/4 oz brown simple syrup*

Chai concentrate

Whole milk

*Make simple syrup by stirring until clear 1/2 C hot water with 3/4 C brown sugar. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.


1. Fill mason jar mug with ice.

2. Add the first three ingredients.

3. Top with equal parts chai concentrate and milk. Stir.

4. Sprinkle top with cinnamon.
