Almond Joy


1-1/2 oz Mackinac Island Fudge Chocolate Liqueur

1 oz NLD vodka of your choice

1-1/2 oz piña colada mix

1/4 tsp almond extract

(Piña colada mix: 1 can (15 oz) Coco López coconut cream and 2 small cans (6 oz) pineapple juice mixed well in blender)


1. Rim a martini glass with chocolate syrup and toasted coconut chips.*

2. Squeeze chocolate syrup in a pattern after rimming and before pouring shaken ingredients.

3. Shake all ingredients with ice and pour in prepared martini glass.

4. Serve with a mini Almond Joy bar. (optional)
