1 oz NLD Vodka of your choice
1-1/2 oz Mackinac Island Fudge Chocolate Liqueur
1-1/2 oz heavy cream
1/4 tsp peppermint extract
Good squeeze of Hershey's syrup
1. Rim cocktail glass by dipping in chocolate syrup and then crushed grasshopper cookies.
2. Add all ingredients to shaker with ice and shake well.
3. Pour into prepared glass. Sprinkle with peppermint crunch.
